The WeNMR Virtual Research Community is an active and growing community of researchers in the field of (Biomolecular) NMR and structural biology that connect through the WeNMR VRC website, joint research and meetings. The WeNMR project therefore invites, encourages and is ready to assist anyone with an interest to use and contribute to the WeNMR services and information sources that are available through this website.
The WeNMR website is structured into the following major categories on the main menu:
The About Us menu provides access to general information on the project, its partners, links and statistics.
The NMR services menu is central to the website, and provides direct access to the NMR service portals with a large number of softwares running on the WeNMR GRID. Each NMR Service menu item redirects the user to a service portal of the selected software, where users can upload their data and set parameters for their job submissions. A list of getting started guides for the WeNMR services, with links to documentation and service portals is available on the Getting started page.
Important note: To use the services, the user needs to be in the possession of a GRID certificate. To register for a GRID certificate, please read the Registration page.
The Support menu is where the user can find help in various forms: Directly through the Help Center, which is manned by the specialists of the WeNMR project, and by posting and replying to messages on the Forum.
The Support page also gives and background information and user documentation on software through the Wiki, and to tutorials with use-cases that describe how to uses the services and softwares in practice. The Getting started page provides some basic introductions to NMR and its services and can serve as a quick start guide.
The News & Events menu gives access to a selected number of project related news and events. If you case you would like a news item or event listed, please contact us.
The access menu provides the necessary information for getting access to the WeNMR services: How to register for a free account on the WeNMR site, and how to apply for a GRID certificate.
